WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit or debit card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer will apply the corresponding conversion rate at the time of the transaction. Please note that your bank may also charge a foreign transaction fee — we recommend checking with your bank before placing an order.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our Support Center as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only help you modify an order before it has been shipped. Once your package has shipped, we are unable to make any changes, but you may request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order, please check the following:

  • The email may have been delivered to your spam or junk folder.
  • The email address you entered at checkout may contain a typo.

You can also log into your account to view your order status. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact our Support Center and we will be happy to assist you.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes. All payments on morningso are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway or our PCI-compliant card processing partners. We do not store your full card number on our servers, and your payment details are transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
